A space to pause, hear yourself clearly, and choose your next step.

I’m Urtė. In one-to-one holistic coaching sessions and yoga practices, I bring together conversation, breath, and body awareness to help you understand what you need and choose a realistic step you can carry into everyday life — without adding more pressure.

Change does not always need more effort. Sometimes it first needs enough space to notice what is happening — and hear what truly matters.

When familiar ways of coping no longer help, tension can build in the body and choices may become unclear. A safe conversation and reconnecting with your body can help you return to what is real and possible now.

We adapt the pace and approach to you — without rushing, unnecessary pressure, or a single “right” way forward.

About

Meet Urtė Preikšaitienė.

I’m an ICF ACC coach, a licensed medical psychologist in Lithuania, and an RYT 500 yoga teacher. My work brings together respectful conversation, psychological understanding, breath, body awareness, and practical next steps.

I have worked with people individually and in groups for more than 15 years. My professional background includes addiction-related work, psychological counselling, coaching, yoga, and mindful movement. Seven years of living and working abroad continue to shape how I understand each person within their cultural context and life circumstances.

Change should not become another source of pressure.

We adapt the pace and approach to where you are today, what you need, and what can realistically continue in daily life. The aim is not to rush towards a single “right” answer, but to understand what is happening, reconnect with yourself, and choose a step that genuinely fits.

People often say they leave coaching sessions and yoga practices with greater clarity, ease, inner quiet, or a stronger sense of grounding. That is the professional and human space I aim to create.

These yoga practices are more than physical movement. After every practice I feel stronger, lighter, calmer, and more connected to myself.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about the process and practices.

A few answers to help you understand what to expect. We can discuss the remaining practical questions during the discovery call.

What is holistic coaching?

It is a one-to-one coaching process in which conversation and reflection may be supported by breath and body-awareness practices. The aim is to understand yourself more clearly, clarify direction, and find realistic next steps.

Is this psychotherapy?

No. One-to-one sessions are currently offered as coaching. My psychology training and licence as a medical psychologist in Lithuania inform my approach, but coaching sessions do not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

What can I expect from the free discovery call?

The call lasts 30 minutes and takes place online. We will talk about what brings you here, what you are looking for, which format may fit, and whether working together feels right.

Are the yoga practices suitable for beginners?

Yes. The practice is adapted to your experience, with respect for personal limits and how your body feels that day.

Where do coaching sessions and yoga practices take place, and in which languages?

Coaching sessions take place online in English or Lithuanian. Yoga practices take place in person in Vilnius.

How do I find out the price and register?

We discuss the format, duration, price, and practical details of coaching sessions and private yoga practices during the discovery call. For a group yoga practice, register by Instagram message, email, or phone.

4. Sensitive information

Please do not include detailed health, diagnostic, or other highly sensitive information in an initial email, Instagram message, or Calendly field. If such information is necessary for a particular service, the purpose, legal basis, and safeguards will be explained before it is collected.

5. Service providers and international transfers

Personal data may be processed through website hosting, email, calendar, accounting, communications, or payment providers. This website links to Calendly, Instagram / Meta, and Google. When you follow an external link, that provider’s privacy policy applies.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, data are transferred only using safeguards recognised by applicable data-protection law. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

6. Retention periods

Data are deleted or anonymised when the applicable retention period ends.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Service and cancellation terms

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These terms apply to paid one-to-one coaching sessions, group yoga practices, and private yoga practices unless different terms are agreed in writing before booking.

1. Service provider and contact details

2. Nature and professional boundaries of the services

One-to-one sessions are currently provided as coaching. Urtė’s psychology training and licence as a medical psychologist in Lithuania inform her professional approach; however, coaching sessions are not psychotherapy, psychological counselling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. Yoga practices are not medical services and do not replace advice from a doctor or other healthcare professional.

The services are not an emergency or crisis intervention service. If there is an immediate risk to life or safety in Lithuania, call 112. In another country, contact the relevant local emergency service.

3. Discovery call, booking, and contract formation

The free 30-minute discovery call is intended to help both parties meet and consider suitability; it does not require you to purchase a service. Before a paid service, its type, date, duration, price, payment arrangements, and other material terms are confirmed in writing. A contract is formed when Urtė confirms the booking and the client accepts it or makes the agreed payment.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros and confirmed before booking. The payment method and due date are provided in the booking confirmation. Where a package of sessions or practices is agreed, its scope, validity period, and payment schedule are confirmed separately.

5. Client responsibility and safety

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during one-to-one coaching sessions and private yoga practices is treated confidentially in accordance with applicable law and professional ethics. It may be disclosed only with the client’s consent, where disclosure is legally required, or where there is a serious and immediate threat to a person’s life or safety. Sessions are not recorded without the clear agreement of both parties.

7. Cancellation, rescheduling, and lateness

8. Cancellation by Urtė and technical problems

If Urtė cannot provide an agreed service, an alternative time will be offered or the fee paid for that specific unprovided service will be refunded. If an online session cannot proceed because of a technical problem on Urtė’s side, it will be rescheduled or refunded. Connection problems on the client’s side are considered in light of the actual session time and circumstances.

9. Statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract

A consumer who enters into a service contract at a distance will generally have 14 calendar days from the date of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Withdrawal should be clearly communicated by email to hello@withurte.com. The right may not apply where a statutory exception applies, including certain leisure services booked for a specific date or period.

If the client expressly asks for the service to begin before the 14-day period has ended and later withdraws, the client may have to pay a proportionate amount for the part already provided. Where the service has been fully performed with the client’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost on full performance, that right ends. This clause does not restrict any other mandatory consumer rights.

10. Refunds

Fees for a properly and fully delivered service are not refundable except where required by law or where the service materially failed to match the written agreement. A prepayment for a service that is not provided will be refunded, less any lawful amount due for a part already delivered or an applicable late-cancellation fee. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement is made within the period required by law.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please first submit a complaint in writing to hello@withurte.com, explaining the circumstances and the remedy requested. A consumer complaint will be answered within 14 calendar days. If the matter cannot be resolved, a consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania for out-of-court dispute resolution.

12. Materials, liability, and application of these terms

Any guidance or practice materials provided to the client are for personal use and may not be published, copied, or distributed without prior permission. Urtė is responsible for providing services with reasonable care and professional diligence, but is not responsible for loss caused by a client withholding relevant information, disregarding safety guidance, or making independent decisions, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Lithuanian law applies. If written terms for a particular booking differ from these general terms, the clearly agreed booking terms apply to that booking, but they cannot restrict mandatory consumer rights. Updated terms apply to new bookings from the date of publication.
